Tala, an honours Mechanical Engineering graduate, 4  with 26 years of diverse business and marketing qualifications, has owned and managed various small to medium-sized businesses. Her experience spans Giftware retailing in her business Planet Egypt 2000-2009 as well as Lightsounds and LSW Importing & Distribution (1998-2018) which focused on imports, Retail, E-commerce, and Rental in the Lighting and Audio Industry. A family business that grew to 67 staff by 2011. Tala successfully managed a loyal team of staff over the years to the point of having been nominated for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year award by her own staff in 2009.

Where Tala excels, is in creating and implementing cross-platform solutions, specialising in database programming, IT, digital marketing, graphic design, and process refinement. Her technical expertise includes CCTV, Security, Entertainment Lighting & Audio installations, digital marketing and AI integrations.

After selling the retail and wholesale businesses in 2018, she focused on her two passions: programming and marketing, which later merged into creating Chatbots.
